Terms and Conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1-Application<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers\nand bookings with regard to all accommodations and other facilities that are\nrented by Camping Les Silhols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In these General Terms and Conditions, the term\n‘tenant’ is understood to mean: the person who concludes an agreement with\nCamping Les Silhols regarding the rental \/ use of accommodation. The term\n‘user’ is understood to mean: the tenant and the persons specified by the\ntenant who (will) use the accommodation and \/ or other facilities rented by the\ntenant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2-Rental period<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rental period for a weekend package in the low\nseason is a minimum of two nights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rental period in the high season is at least one\nfull week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arrival and departure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rented accommodation can be occupied from 2 pm on\nthe agreed day of arrival as stated on the confirmation of the reservation. On\nthe agreed day of departure as stated on the confirmation of the reservation,\nthe accommodation must be vacated before 10 am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3- Booking:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reservation will only become definitive after the\nreception of the signed rental agreement in duplicate and an advance of 30%,\nthis subject to acceptance by the lessor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reservation will be confirmed if the owner of the\ncampsite has sent you a co-signed copy of the rental agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tenant and other users are not permitted to hand\nover the accommodation or the pitch under any name and for whatever reason to\nothers than the persons mentioned in the agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. No Show<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the absence of a mail message or email from the\ntenant stating that he must postpone the date of arrival, the accommodation\nbecomes available to other tenants after 24 hours. The full payment of the\naccommodation remains required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5-Cancellation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The legal provisions regarding cancellation of rented\naccommodation do not apply to tourist services. In all cases of cancellation of\nthe reservation, the deposit amount will not be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6-Payment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The amount of the stay is payable in full on the day\nof arrival by cash or debit card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the use of the accommodation is terminated earlier\nthan on the agreed date, as stated on the confirmation of the reservation, the\ntenant is not entitled to a refund of (part of) the rent and \/ or costs. This\nalso applies to a possible delayed arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7-Available facilities in the accommodation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will find blankets and kitchen appliances in the\nmobile homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do not forget to bring your own sheets and towels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The inventory lists can be found in the accommodation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8-Deposit<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A deposit of 200 euros must be paid during your\narrival (cash or debit card). This amount will be refunded upon your departure\nafter inspection of the property. In the case that the accommodation is not\ncleaned, a lump sum of 50 euros will be deducted from the deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before leaving the campsite, thank you for coming to\nthe reception for your starting inventory: between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9- House Rules <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Swimming pool: swimming suit required, swimming shorts\nrefused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pets are not allowed in the rented accommodation and\naround the swimming pool. Every tenant is obliged to adhere to the house rules\nof Camping Les Silhols. These terms and conditions are subject to French law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consumer dispute mediation process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer has the right to use the mediation\nservice offered by SARL Camping Les Silhols free of charge, via mail\nwww.medicys.fr, or by mail: Mediation and Settlement Center of Justial Officers\n– 73, Boulevard de Clichy, 75009 Paris.
